RMIC is more than a clinic — it’s a national network of physicians and medical professionals leading the way in regenerative medicine.
Here’s what sets us apart:
Our goal is simple: to raise the bar for non-surgical musculoskeletal care.
Empowering patients with forward-looking options
Supporting physicians with cutting-edge tools
Advocating for responsible innovation in regenerative medicine
Through our work, we aim to bring safe, effective, and evidence-based care to every Canadian who wants to live with less pain — and more possibility.
Dr. Adrian Le is the Chief Medical Officer of the Regenerative Medicine Institute of Canada (RMIC), where he leads the advancement of next-generation regenerative therapies. A Stanford-trained Sports Medicine and Pain Medicine physician, Dr. Le is internationally recognized for his expertise in orthobiologics and regenerative medicine.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Le has treated Olympic athletes and professionals across the NFL, NBA, NHL, and NCAA Division I. His clinical expertise spans from elite sports medicine to complex chronic pain, and he has held medical roles with organizations including the Stanford Cardinal, San Francisco 49ers, and Toronto Marlies.
In addition to his leadership at RMIC, Dr. Le serves as the President and Chair of the Canadian Board of Orthobiologics and Regenerative Medicine (CBORM), a national not-for-profit organization focused on accreditation and advocacy for safe and ethical regenerative medicine.
With over a decade of experience at the intersection of sports medicine, pain care, and biologic innovation, Dr. Le combines clinical expertise and translational research to develop minimally invasive, patient-centered treatments for chronic pain and joint dysfunction. He has authored peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters on platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell therapy, and his work has helped shape the safe and responsible integration of orthobiologic treatments across Canada.
Dr. Le has held clinical and academic positions across North America, including as a Team Physician for multiple NCAA Division I programs at Stanford University and as a medical educator at both Stanford and the University of Toronto.
He has served on Health Canada’s planning committee for cell therapy regulation and continues to act as a consultant to medical technology companies and advisor to academic and regulatory bodies.
As RMIC’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Le leads the development of our clinical protocols and is driving a bold vision: to establish Canada as a global leader in the safe, standardized, and accessible use of orthobiologic treatments—empowering physicians and transforming patient care. His work reflects RMIC’s core values: pioneering innovation and a relentless commitment to improving patient outcomes.
